At Artiforms, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, our return policy is here to help.
90-Day Return Policy
You have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To ensure a smooth process:
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Any items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and clear instructions on how to send your package.

Damages and Issues
We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@artiforms.com. Our team will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive the item you desire is to initiate a return for the original product. Once the return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must be returned in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.
